I genuinely cannot find anywhere else on the internet to ask this question, and although these forums are about the Paradox API, I figure the people here are probably smart enough to help me with this inquiry.

There is an option for SSO on the login page (https://olivia.paradox.ai/login), but I cannot find a single way to set up SSO. When you click the Sign in with SSO button, it asks for a Your company key and it says to Email your CS representative if you don't know it. We have no clue what a CS representative is or who ours would be, so even the email of someone at paradox that we can talk to would be a huge help, as even that is not able to be found on the internet.

Obviously the "multi-factor authentication" that they have is trash (just sends an email and there are exactly zero options to change it, use a phone number or something else instead, etc.) so we would like to set up SSO for our employees.
